ResumeSpice was built to be simple and straightforward – with no surprises (well, only happy ones!)

ResumeSpice provides comprehensive career services to professionals and job seekers. We built ResumeSpice with the goal of not only being the most trusted resume and career coaching service on the market, but to also be the easiest to use. We recognize that in the job seeking process, there's an abundance of conflicting and vague information. ResumeSpice provides exactly what professionals are seeking – straightforward career services that get results. Whether you are looking to have your resume written or need help with your cover letter, LinkedIn profile, interviewing preparation, and/or ongoing career coaching, ResumeSpice provides a solution that can help you through every step of your job search.

The ResumeSpice process is easy! Click on the appropriate tab below to learn more about the process you're interested in.

Step 1. Select the Resume option that is right for you. You can also add a Cover Letter, LinkedIn profile, Interview Prep, or any other service(s). Not sure which to select, get in touch!

Step 2. Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an email from us with the subject line “ResumeSpice Next Steps”. The email will include a link to complete our very short online questionnaire (90 seconds, tops!), as well as a link to schedule your resume consultation time. Your answers to the questionnaire will ensure that your writer is well-prepared for your consultation.

Step 3. You and your resume expert will have an in-depth phone conversation to learn more about your career objectives and to expand on the online questionnaire you completed. Your preparation for this call is critical, as it will provide the foundation for your new resume.

Step 4. Based on the information you have provided and our experience and expertise, we will turn around a personalized resume draft to you within three business days of your consultation.

Step 5. You will have the opportunity to review the draft and request any changes. While we strongly recommend providing feedback within 24-48 hours, you will have up to seven calendar days to respond with comments and suggestions to your writer. For all resume levels, two rounds of revisions are included.

Step 6. We provide you with your customized, professional resume in PDF and Word formats!

Step 7. If you purchased any of our other services – cover letter, LinkedIn profile, interview, career coaching – we will begin working on them once your resume is finalized.

Step 3. You and your cover letter expert will have in-depth phone conversation to learn more about your career objectives and to expand on the online questionnaire you completed.

Step 4. Based on the information you have provided and our experience and expertise, we will turn around a personalized cover letter draft to you within two business days.

Step 5. You will have 7 days to review the draft and request any changes.

Step 6. We provide you with your final, customized cover letter!

Step 7. Let us know if we can help you in other areas, such as composing your LinkedIn profile, preparing you for an interview, or providing ongoing career coaching.

Step 3. You and your Interview expert will have a phone conversation to discuss your upcoming interview and to prepare an approach that will best highlight your qualifications and candidacy for the position.

Step 4. Let us know if we can help you in other areas, such as writing your resume, composing your cover letter, or providing ongoing career coaching.

Step 1. Select the Career Coaching Option that is right for you. We offer one, three, and five session packages, depending on your needs. Each session is 55 minutes. Not sure which package to select? Just contact us!

Step 2. Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an email from us with the subject line “ResumeSpice Next Steps”. The email will include a link to complete our very short online questionnaire (90 seconds, tops!) so we can match you with the best coach for you.

Step 3. Your coach will reach out to you to introduce themselves and to schedule the first phone or Skype meeting.
