I'm trying to decide between the different resume services. What is the difference between them?
Our resume options are based on the professional level of the client. For example, if you are currently an executive or are targeting an executive position such as President, CFO, CIO, VP of Finance, Marketing Director, you would fall within our Executive Resume service. If you are a professional with over 2 years of experience, but are not at the executive level, you would fall within our Professional Resume service. Lastly, if you are an entry-level candidate or have up to 2 years of professional experience, you would fall within our Entry-Level resume service.
The variance in pricing between the three resume services reflects the difference in the amount of work involved in producing each type of document. Typically, longer work histories and higher level positions require more time from our team of resume writers.

I don’t have a resume / cover letter / LinkedIn profile. Is that a problem?
Not at all! Many of the job seekers we work with don’t have one before working with us.
How long should my resume be?
The length of a resume depends on the length and depth of someone’s work experience. While someone who has been in the workforce for a limited time might have a one page resume, someone with 5-10 years of experience might need two. We typically recommend no more than three pages, but there are rare exceptions. We get asked this question so often, we wrote a blog post about it. Click here to read it.

We do not use templates, so while you can expect your resume to reflect the overall quality of the format, verbiage, and content of our sample resumes - yours will be written and customized just for you.
Can I purchase just a resume? Or just a cover letter?
You can purchase any combination of services you like. Most of our clients purchase a resume, LinkedIn profile, and cover letter - and once they secure an interview, they purchase the interview prep. However, you are free to select any combination of services that meets your needs. Can I select my resume writer / career consultant?
If you’ve worked with one of our career consultants in the past, you can request them. Otherwise, we will match you up with one of our consultants that best fits your background and career objectives.
What quality control process does ResumeSpice use?
Every resume or other work product we submit to a client is reviewed by a minimum of two sets of eyes. Unlike some other services that utilize contractors (often offshore), we only utilize internal employees located at our headquarters in Houston, Texas. Our quality is of the utmost importance to us.
Do you work with candidates outside the US?
Yes. We only work in English and on English resumes, but we can work with candidates anywhere. To date, we've worked with professionals throughout the U.S., Canada, Europe, Australia, South America, and Africa.
Does ResumeSpice guarantee its work?
Yes! We proudly offer a 60 day interview guarantee. If you do not receive a job interview request within 60 days of receiving your final, customized resume, we will rewrite your resume one time at no additional charge. Please view our guarantee page for more details.
How much does the ResumeSpice service cost?
ResumeSpice offers several pricing options for various levels of service. Does ResumeSpice offer any service / pricing bundles?
All of our services have been priced under the assumption that our clients are going to purchase multiple services. In fact, most of our clients purchase between two and four services. Instead of discounting for multiple services, we have already factored in discounts, so you are always getting our best pricing.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Amex, MasterCard, and Discover.
