ResumeSpice was built to be simple and straightforward – with no surprises (well, only happy ones!)

ResumeSpice provides comprehensive career services to professionals and job seekers. We built ResumeSpice with the goal of not only being the most trusted resume and career coaching service on the market, but to also be the easiest to use. Whether you are looking to have your resume written or need help with your cover letter, LinkedIn profile, interviewing preparation, and/or ongoing career coaching, ResumeSpice provides a solution that can help you through every step of your job search.

The ResumeSpice process is easy! Click on the appropriate tab below to learn more about the process you're interested in.

Step 1. Select the Resume option that is right for you. You can also add a Cover Letter, LinkedIn profile, Interview Prep, or any of other services. Not sure which to select, get in touch!

Step 2. Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an email from us with the subject line “ResumeSpice Next Steps”. The email will include a link to complete our very short online questionnaire (90 seconds, tops!), as well as a link to schedule your resume consultation time. 

Step 3. You and your resume expert will have in-depth phone conversation to learn more about your career objectives and to expand on the online questionnaire you completed.

Step 4. Based on the information you have provided and our experience and expertise, we will turn around a personalized resume draft to you within two business days.

Step 5. You will have 7 days to review the draft and request any changes. For entry-level resumes, one round of revisions is included. For professional and executive resumes, two rounds of revisions are included.

Step 6. We provide you with your customized, professional resume in PDF and Word formats!

Step 7. Let us know if we can help you in other areas, such as writing your cover letter, composing your LinkedIn profile, preparing you for an interview, or providing ongoing career coaching.

Step 3. You and your Interview expert will have a phone conversation to discuss your upcoming interview and to prepare an approach that will best highlight your qualifications and candidacy for the position.

Step 4. Let us know if we can help you in other areas, such as writing your resume, composing your cover letter, or providing ongoing career coaching.

Step 1. Select the Career Coaching Option that is right for you. Our career coaching options work on a month-to-month subscription model. In other words, you can use the service for one month or you can continue for as many months as you like. You can cancel any time. Not sure which to option select, get in touch!

Step 2. Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an email from us with the subject line “ResumeSpice Next Steps”. The email will include a link to complete our very short online questionnaire (90 seconds, tops!) so we can match you with the best coach for you.

Step 3. Your coach will reach out to you to introduce themselves and to schedule the first phone or Skype meeting.
