Whether you’re an entry-level employee or an executive, or whether you work in a creative field or technical one, effective communication is – and will always be – vitally important. Employees must be able to listen well and articulate ideas with co-workers, managers and company leaders, whether in person, over the phone, or via the written word.

More and more companies are recognizing the value in developing strong brands and promoting them through various channels, including social media. From Twitter and Instagram to Facebook and Snapchat, there are countless opportunities out there and organizations large and small need help leveraging them.
